    I want to start by saying I lived here from 3/2018 - 2/2026. I relocated here and wanted to stay in the school district, this place was okay when it was Apple Valley, but when PLK took over, I dealt with a lot of bullying and lived in an extremely unfit apartment. I discussed with management many times, but speaking up here was not worth it. I started looking to buy a house after Karen repeatedly lied about a bigger apartment, started issues when I reported an issue that not only harassed me, but put fear in my children from a neighbor there. It was hell living here. I kept all the pictures of the issues in the apartment that should have been corrected when we lived there with the mold and other issues. We kept getting sick and I was tired of reporting it when it simply just caused more stress. Shanda who, at first I thought was mean and uncaring decided to allow me out of my lease a couple months early and I cleaned the apartment spotless so I got my deposit back, but for me to have to buy a home here when I never planned to because of the bullying and issues from the management staff was hurtful. I really wished these people would be nicer, there are a lot of nice people who live in this community and it's sad people have to move because of the treatment. I gave a couple stars because Shanda, you are appreciated. Thank you.

    Wesley and Kevin were extremely timely and efficient! Fixed my ceiling fan chain the day I put in my work order. (And I was told by my son, they even made time to be friendly with my over excited puppy!)

    We are so blessed and happy with our new home!! Upon move-in we were offered an earlier move in date for a whole month’s rent free! The employees at Kenton Reserve communicate well and the process went so smooth. We couldn’t be happier😊

    I lived there for 8 years. Mgmt was decent when it was Debbie. Had a neighbor from hell move in. Again, I had been there for 8 years with no issues. This neighbor would call the office and the police on everyone in our building - several of us moved out bc we did not feel safe. I have never been in trouble or done anything wrong, so the harassment was unsettling. I informed PLK of the harassment, and let them know that id be moving out a month early due to the harassment. PLK not only allowed the harassment without saying anything to the man, but they would send out letters at his request, when we hadn’t done anything wrong. I left the apartment looking amazing. PLK did not give me my deposit back because they said that they didn’t have anyone to move in. However, our complex was on a WAITING LIST - there were several families that wanted to move in, but couldn’t bc the apartment wasn’t available. Why wasn’t the apartment available for a month? Bc they were hitting it and renovating it so that they could charge double. I literally paid $1000 for the month that they apartment was renovated. I’ve met with several lawyers, and they said that this is illegal. Might proceed with legal action. Long story short, they don’t protect tenants from harassment/neighbors with mental health issues. And they will do ANYTHING to make a buck off of you, including making YOU pay for their renovation period
