  Where to begin……. I’m in the process of my move-in completion. When I set out to find a place to reside, Pike Place Apartments & Townhomes was 1 of my 4 choices. Touring this place made for NO NEED to tour the other 2 of the 4 that I hadn’t yet! The 2nd of the 4 that I did tour, we won’t even talk about that place! I reached out to this place with an application and a request of a tour. Shortly after, the Property Mgr/Leasing Agent (Julie) was in-touch, eager to accommodate! She and I, along with another individual that I brought along for “thoughts” on this place, began our tour. We toured a 1 & 2 bedroom. I had no interest of anything but a (1) bedroom UNTIL I ENTERED THE 2 BEDROOM!!! No offense to the 1 bedroom because it was nice but with the (Layout, SPACIOUS Living Room, Walk-thru Kitchen, NEW Carpet/Flooring/Appliances/Color-scheme/Cabinetry/Balcony-flipping GORGEOUS view from/ AND the “sign-on” Concession, I FOUND MY NEW “HOME”!!! I recently came down from Mason, OH and resided in a nice place similar to this, but it was slightly more expensive and unlike Pike Place, the Exterior trash receptacles were only emptied ONCE weekly (if lucky), unlike TWICE weekly at Pike Place! Means a lot when there are 106 Units and a 13 gal kitchen bag fills oh so quickly! Also, Julie is a very busy lady, but during the “pre” portion of applying and during the final process of paperwork, Emails pertaining to move-in, she still was, very PROMPT….even with 2 monitors to view, numerous tabs open on the screens, 106 Units to oversee, etc……. Plus, sent her a “work order” of minor findings during my “transfer of keys” day n boom, the Maintenance guy was there the next day attending to the work order! Tim, the grounds Maintenance guy…… Tim, came yesterday after receiving (said) “work order” from Julie, and had almost the entire “work order” resolved, within MINUTES! Very nice, polite guy. Hard to carry on a conversation if it doesn’t pertain to his “work order” cause this guy is a “beast” of a “work-horse”!!! I’ve only been here 3 days and saw him “after hours”, twice already! Lastly, just goes to show: If you want a place to reside where you hear yourself think, due to being so quiet here even though right against a main corridor to a major Expressway, great location close to Kroger/Walgreens/BP/Mcdonald’s/Raising Cane’s, and a few miles up the road (Cracker Barrell, Hobby Lobby, Walmart), within 5 or less miles from downtown Cincinnati and all the other AMENITIES, mentioned above……TRY PIKE PLACE APARTMENTS & TOWNHOMES ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Ps. Hope to get to meet the OWNER (s)……previous reviews, speak HIGHLY of!!!!

  This property has made a lot of noticeable improvements recently. The parking lot, hallway areas, and apartments have been renovated, and the updates make the entire community feel much more modern and well cared for. Maintenance has also been excellent. Work orders are handled quickly and efficiently, which shows that the management team takes upkeep seriously. Another thing that stands out is how quiet and peaceful the community is. It has a calm atmosphere, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. My dog and I have both been very happy here. It’s a calm, welcoming environment that feels safe and comfortable for both of us. Overall, it’s a well-maintained property with a peaceful environment and responsive maintenance, which can be hard to find.

  I’ve had a wonderful time living here, management is great and easy to communicate with. They continue to improve the property and the newly renovated units are absolutely perfect. The apartments are beautiful and spacious I completely recommend Pike Place to anyone looking to for a nice place to live! Very thankful to have found such a good place for myself to live.

  I lived at campus view apt now called Pike's place 4 years the pool never opened yet put water in it kept Gates locked all summer coming up with excuses yet they have pictures of the pool on the brochures false advertising tenets always complaining I lived on top floor 2br poorly insulated extremely cold in the winter oven during the summer HVAC units worn out gave us a window units for AC high utility bills winter and summer fridge and stove was 45 yrs old relics cut down shade trees that had been there 60 years or more because they didn't want leaves in the gutters old washers & dryers$2.50 to wash and dry when plk new landlords took over upped same machines $4.65 they make you download an app to do laundry when you leave the app will not refund you if you have anything left in their account the place was affordable before the new owners took over increasing everything I told manager I'm on disability fixed income never made a late payment in the 4 years I can't afford what I'm paying they wanted to increase my monthly rent instead of working with me when my lease was up end of Oct.2025 no choice but to move out BTW they always send emails complaining telling tenants to not leave garbage outside the dumpsters put trash inside while the maintenance and construction workers fill the dumpsters right after being dumped were the residents cannot get their trash in
