  I don’t write reviews often but I had too the way they handle things are unprofessional. Money is their #1 priority don't trust a word they say to you… kiss your deposit goodbye!

  My experience with this management was amazing! The staff was always friendly and professional. It is with with a broken heart I’m leaving the apartment after more than two years of a peaceful environment.

  I lived there for 7 months. Shortly after I paid my rent in January, mgmt. broke the lease. I was very upset upon seeing a three day notice at my apt about an hour later. In it, mgmt. verified that the lease said the office was only required to keep pkgs. for 3 days. The Catholic Company called me and told me that mgmt. turned my package away at the door. I left my apt. AFTER finding the 3 day notice and I found four cruisers and four policemen there when I returned an hour later. There had never been an issue at the apt. Mr. Cornbleet changed the locks and pulled out the deadbolt on the door so that I couldn't stay at the apt. I returned the next day and took the little bit of my belongings that I could fit in my car. Because Mr. Cornbread had sent four cruisers to the apartment, I knew I couldn't get the friend that moved me in to move me out. Cornbleet was successful in stealing $23,000 in cash, fyrniture, jewelry, clothing, electronics and other items such as kitchen appliances of my own, all kitchen items, and a few items worth quite a lot of money. He stole 100 anniversary Lifetime Waterless Cookware and a vintage doll. He stole my $1400 hybrid bike, sewing machine, just everything. Apparently, he had the police and court's in his pockets, as the three day notice proved he broke the lease. He is well aware of the grand theft. It was accomplished since I could not get my items out without being accosted by police. He evicted me even though I wasn't there, because he wanted to steal my items. I visited him once about four months later and reviewed the situation with him. The two females who had done his dirty work were not present. About ten witnesses were. All are aware of the fact that mgmt. broke the lease. They stated it in the three day notice, and I challenged him to come up with a receipt that showed the package had been kept for three days. He couldn't, but he told me that the police wereon their way then. He is a rich man who owes me $23,000 for replacement of all my items. I just got an apt. three days ago. I had been homeless for nine months because he "evicted" (stole) all my belongings and gave my perfect credit record and rental record the serious blemish of an eviction. I have nearly $15,000 in debt, since I was able to live in hotels with a credit card during the last nine months. Cornbread was the worst landlord ever. Everyone else has been satisfied with me. If you don't want your belongings stolen, DON'T send from him.

  Lived here for 5+ years. The Cornbleets are the best landlords I've ever had. Any maintenance issues have been fixed within 24 hours. Pay your rent on time and they'll take good care of you.
