- SASamuel AnangOct 8, 20251.0Moving here, Jessica was helpful in getting us into our rooms. But after that, they do not fix anything. I have put in several maintenance requests and the crusty nose maintenance guy will come into the room with condescending attitude saying he will come back to fix it and never return. My wife and I applied for the apartment together and were both approved. However, the lease only contained my name. I asked them to add my wife to the lease and the area manager said my wife needs to prove she is in the US legally by providing her work authorization or permanent residence card otherwise she will not be added to the lease. Funny enough, my wife had already provided her real ID which meant she was in the US legally but the area manager still continued to discriminate against us. The issue was bad to the point that we had to get Fair Housing involved. It looked like they just like to discriminate against certain demographics and honor maintenance requests and common service requests for certain demographics. Which sounds crazy because we are pay the same rent. You are denied service and thigs that you are entitled to as part of your lease contract because you do not fit a certain type of demographic. I am surprised this type of racism and discrimination still exists at such a level.
- MMMichelle MorganJul 18, 20255.0So far I can't find anything bad to say regarding about these apartment homes. These apartment homes are not only gorgeous but they have plenty of space. I loved the choices for appliances and thought it makes you feel special to have such quality appliances in your home. It's located in a very peaceful and country side part of Hebron. I love the walk in shower. The views are very relaxing and feels very safe. Jessica has been such an amazing property manager and has assisted us with hospitality, kindness and accuracy. Jessica is a great addition to Nexus Properties as the representative for their new community that they're opening. I highly look forward to continuing to work with her as our property manager in the future. Jessica has been very helpful and has really allowed the process to go beautifully. As of now, I can see us making this our home for a long time.
