  Kids over in overlook are out of hand outside all the time not being supervised .I just moved out after 5 years of it. Manager is really nice and his team but they need to address the tenants of there disrespectful kids 😒 I had neighbors next door had 2 little girls outside running around not being supervised. Kids always in parking lots riding bicycles running out in front of cars Not good place to live for older people 😕

  Reason it is one of the lowest rating appartments in town. Trash all over the place, young kids running a muk in the neighborhood leaving bikes/scooters and trash all in the parking lot. Old buildings haven't had parking spots painted in 7 years can barely see where you need to park at. No assigned parking so forget about having a spot close to your appartment you are paying too much to rent. Would recommend renting from anywhere else.

  Would give zero stars if i could! Lived there 11 years and because of paint peeled from the walls from adhesive they kept my 99$ deposit...after telling me ive lived there for so long they wasnt worried about it and I would still recieve my deposit. Wrote my new address down to send it to me and everything. The reason i moved to begin with was because the smell of crack, meth, spice and marijuana was coming into my apartment. My daughters clothes in her closet reaked of marijuana! Rediculous! Called the project manager and she said to get a smell good for the hvac closet, what a joke! Complained more than twice and absolutely nothing was done. I had to go! Sad they're so earnest to play by the lease when it comes to the deposit yet fail to comply to other aspects of it! Also Drugs are crazy over there! Infested with roaches! The kids are disrespectful and damage everything! I get its lower income housing but do better!!! People with low income deserve to live better! The only time they start to fix things up is right before inspection and all it is is bandaging the problems. 99$ couldn't even make up for the hell i lived there for 11 years. Keep it! Do better for people who can't afford better!
