I came into this thinking it was going to be an extremely agonizing process but Melissa and Caleb have been so kind and are very informative along the way! I love how they are always there to answer any questions we may have and are so patient with us. They have made this process seem alot easier than I thought it would be. Yes home buying is a stressful process but i am very thankful for how smooth things seem to be going so far. :) We are also super thankful for the folks at NVR Mortgage as well! Cal and Lauren are awesome!! A great experience so far and cannot wait to get into our new home!

She was absolutely amazing during the entire process of purchasing. She was very communicative and always returned calls and texts. There were no surprises and she frequently stayed late to assist with my purchase. I can honestly say that she was amazing and was incredibly helpful. I am excited to move in. I’m also so very grateful that it was Summer who helped me with the purchase. She’s awesome.

After moving in I discovered a few minor issues as you normally would in a new home but using the warranty process that Ryan Homes offers was easy and efficient and response time to correct issues was very quick. I think I’ll stick around for a while.
