  My significant other has lived at this apartment complex for over a year, every month is something new with issues. The main power in the hallways of the building is on and off. The washers and dryers are unkept and usually broken or insufficiently washing/drying clothes. The office staff, especially Lyndsay is unhelpful and rude. Currently as I am writing this there is one working washer and dyer for the whole building. This place has been nothing short of a joke. I am writing this out of frustration, as my partner is pregnant and we have enough to deal with as is. The office staff have no consideration for hardships and actually just continue to make things harder. If an apartment complex cannot accept all forms of payment, then why are they renting to begin with? Money in this economy is money. No one has time to go out of their way to pay these people specifically how they wanna be paid. The front doors to the building are often locked as well, leaving my significant other and other tenants locked out of the building. According to her, the doors have not always been this way. The lease cannot be over soon enough and I wish she never resigned it. Overall unsatisfied with everything I have seen.

  Great place to live.. Been here for 6 months. The staff is very friendly and willing to help when needed. The girls in the office is very friendly and very helpful.. I’ve rented at other places and I love it here.

  We’ve been living here for almost 4 years and had nothing but good experiences. The office staff are always attentive and accommodating to our needs. The maintenance crew are always on time fixing it. The neighbors are very friendly and we have events that brings community together. It’s amazing!

  Of all the apartments I have rented, this one seems to be the best so far. I have found my neighbors to be nice, the staff here is really polite and professional. My apartment is ground floor and my upstairs neighbors are pretty quiet. The sound proofing is good. The doors and windows all seem in good shape, with good seals. The appliances all work well and are in good shape. New cabinets and fixtures are nice also. I've not been here a full month yet, but it seems very nice for the price. They also have a community here, with events for kids during the holidays. That is super nice.

  Have lived here for over a year now and have had no issues everything was new and clean when we moved in. maintenance comes and changes filters when needed and property is taking care of ever week by lawncare and people who clean the hallways.the ladies who run the front office are always nice and help with any questions or concerns you may have.
