  Julia was absolutely amazing with my tour. I didn’t have an appointment and she was very professional and informative. This is definitely a place I’ll be looking to relocate to very soon

  Recently moved in and honestly surprised reading through previous comments regarding rudeness of staff. From my experience, both Julia and Kenndra have been patient and inviting to me. During my application process, I was able to get a hold of both of them. If they did not pick up immediately, they ensured to return my call with the hour. Also I had trouble signing the lease on the site and Julia and I could not figure it out. Kenndra took the time to come and crack the code to get me past the part that was an issue. Like I say, I moved in yesterday so I can only express my fairly new experience so far. Apartment is very spacious and new so looking forward to enjoying what all Sage has to offer.

  Julie was great! She answered all the questions I had during the tour. She let me FaceTime my sister to show the apartments. Would recommend.

  Julia and Kenndra were very friendly and knowledgeable and never made me feel like an imposition when asking questions and clarifying choices during the introduction and showing of the model apartment. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness!!!😄

  I'm pretty much enjoying being here for the most part for sure, 5-stars because of my tour with Julia, the pool area is beautiful, gym is really nice, mail room is nice, but now since I have been living here, I'm dropping it down to 2. I was extremely disappointed concerning the snow preparations for such a nice complex like this. It is extremely difficult to get consistent communication with anyone in management. Feels like I may get an answer reviewing, unfortunately. There are cracks appearing in the foundation of my apartment, as I continue to just look at my apartment since I've moved in, it just feels like the construction and maintenance people wanted to do this as fast as possible and with the least amount of care and put this place together with glue and good thoughts. There were so many dead bugs and three centipedes have gotten in when I first moved in -felt unsafe about possibly getting bit by one of those things. It may just be that this apartment is the issue (didn't help that when I first moved in, a tenant said he was shocked because I'm the fourth person that has lived in this apartment-somewhat of a red flag, I thought I would be the first one). Someone has let their dog or dogs poop on my back porch. I messaged management about it, no response. The last couple of times I have been in the study rooms, they have looked dilapidated, the meditation pod does not look like it's being consistently cleaned. Feel like I got the okie dok. I'm thinking about seeing if I could go to a different apartment building in Sage Springs, because it may just be this specific apartment on the property, but if not, I'll thug it out and finish my lease, but as soon as it's up. I will be going elsewhere.
