- TJTabitha Smith JacksonNov 11, 20255.0after dealing with them 2 years ago and a different sales person I wasn't 100% sure I wanted to again to upgrade our home to something larger; however, after meeting Kris M. day 1 he made me instantly feel at ease, not like a bother, answered all my questions, and we just vibed! He was so helpful every step of the way!!! Even when I was having a hysterical meltdown (a few times) he knew exactly what to say and helped calmed me down. Let's just say my home buying experience was COMPLEX and nothing on their part and he stayed strong with me through it all..never giving up and making sure we made it to close on time..... I appreciate him and the whole team more than they know.
