- MDmimi d4 days ago2.0Can't keep a manager for more than a few months to a year but the most recent manager is nice. Maintenance is okay, and they're usually nice. Loud neighbors. And prices keep going up with no improvements. But the people doing inspections, specifically a lady, is very rude for some reason.

Had someone called in for extermination and when an inspector came they said I caused it and I'm the issue even after giving photos and a text message received from the other resident who lived here before. And they went up in price for no reason. NOT WORTH IT.

- SGSteve GreeneJan 30, 20265.0From the moment I pulled in and heard the persistent oak leaves rustling in the cold winter air to the warm smiles that wished me a great weekend on my way out of the leasing office, I could tell this place would be a great place to live 💓 I was here for a service call but they made me feel so welcome and treated my just like one of their residents. The music in the office was on point 🙌 and the open floor area to gather felt like it was straight from someone's sitting room. There was a counter and full kitchen 👀 I kid you not, the men's room even had a shower! The staff was so positive and helpful. Though I only talked to them briefly, Jone at the front desk and the head of maintenance were nothing but great! I carried their joyful attitude with me all day. Though I was just here for work, I can tell this would be a great place to live 🙌👏👏
