  Management is great. They are responsive and super friendly. Price is reasonable for the location, proximity to campus, and square footage. Overall, it’s the best value out of the apartments i’ve lived/looked at. I’m glad to have found it and pleased to have been living here for 3 years.

  Catherine and Evelyn helped with the application and move in process and are excellent! VERY nice and modern apartments, great location, and great prices too. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the move in process!

  I love living here!! The wifi is great; I never have any issues with it. It's super close to WKU and you can walk to campus! The management has always helped me with whatever I need and maintenance is so helpful! 10/10 would recommend!!

  Great maintence staff, cheap price, great condition and super close to campus! Super pet friendly! They do a lot of giveaways and parties for residents, definitely recommend.

  I lived here for a year and honestly didn't like it. The Wifi is an absolute joke. You're better off walking to campus every time you want to get online. When we moved in it was gross. There was food under the couch still. Seriously not worth the money.
