  Let me suggest if you buy a home from these people you check your breaker box. We had several loose wires and one caused a breaker to melt and wires to burn. On top of several other issues we have had and they didn't fix within 1st year under warranty. We definitely chose wrong with this purchase

  First time at a manufactured home lot! David was so nice and helpful! We are super excited to start this new journey. The homes we toured were lovely better than I even imagined!

  I recently went through the process of purchasing a Clayton home . Susan was so nice and professional the whole time . It was a fairly quick and smooth process for us . Once we moved in and had to call for some minor issues , Susan and Mike, Anita took care of it . I didn’t have to wait weeks they were right on top of it . The home team they have is great and I would recommend anyone to purchase from this location!

  Want to let everyone know this place is awesome. I saw a home on Facebook, spoke with Miss Anita. Went by the next day and looked at home. Before I left I was on my way to being a home owner. Was worried where to put it and she helped out there to. If you are looking this is the place to go. 👍👍👍
