  If there was a “zero star rating” that’s what I’d choose. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from this company. We’ve had issue after issue from day 1 and it’s a 2023 model. This was the worst financial decision we ever made.

  We bought a new double wide. We were lied to all throughout the whole process. Then we were cheated out of a warranty. Since we've moved in we have had nothing but issues. Carpets weren't layed right, ceilings are cracked in every room, walls are bowed bad, two of our bathroom sinks were cracked, all 4 of our faucets needed replaced, several light switches and electrical outlets needed to be replaced. There were 2 severe soft spots in the floors. The hot water heater sprung a leak a year in. All of the floor vents were blowing dust up into the house from day one, we found out just recently that the vents weren't assembled correctly and was open to the belly bag. The light fixture over the island quite working and needed to replace both. The linoleum floor is now cracking in the master bathroom and the kitchen. Some of the windows were trimmed in and can't be tilted in. The paint on the interior is so thin that just wiping it removes the paint. The water lines in the floor bang every time any water faucet and toilet quits running. The kitchen sink is a plastic coated metal sink and the plastic is cracking and chipping off. We also have 4 spots in the linoleum flooring that is cracked. I'm sure that I'm not remembering everything so last thing I'm going to mention is that the entire homes flooring creaks like crazy when walking through it all the time. If I could turn back time and know what I know now, I would never buy anything from Clayton Homes. R. Cunningham

  My wife and I just traveled over 400 miles round trip from Tennessee (two separate trips) to work with Mike Russell and Blake Sullivan to purchase our forever retirement home..., when there is a Clayton mobile home dealer just five miles up the road from us. This says a lot! They are extremely competent with all aspects of choosing the correct features and options, foundation and installation specifications, honest, transparent, no pressure, and took all the time (lots of time!) we needed to make sure every detail of our investment was spelled out, confirmed, and nailed down. Old school sincere customer service and we are thrilled we chose this team! These folks are the real deal!

  They are absolutely amazing!! We are still in the home buying process, but so far they have done a great job. They are doing all they can plus some to get us in our dream home. There’s been a few times I’ve been discouraged and didn’t think it would happen, but they always find a solution. Thank you Rachel, bill and Lola and everyone else making this happen!!! We couldn’t be more happier ❤️
