  We bought a brand new off the lot doubliewide from them and they had kitchens towing bring half of it when ground was wet and they left it sitting bye road for 2 weeks they drop it the sliding glass door was open all cabinets doors broke off at the hinges said ground needs frozen before any further well ground froze. Still not moved it rain for 3 days guess what kitchen brought other half and ground was sloppy they sit it up and togather that night they broke 20 wall boards doors dont line up nails coming thru floor broke 2 toilets all in transport and bunch other crap all trim full of nail holes and keep calling and they lost the damn keys and no screen door for sliding glass lost it in transit list goes on and on ask for some money back I paid cashiers check 140500 for this after my house burnt and it all still ain't fixed or parts order trying to find corporate number going to talk to a lawyer on this to

  It has been a worst mistake we ever made we paid a lot for our double wide it’s still haven’t got a the cabinet doors back on u can see small holes everywhere where they try to put the walls back up after moving it we had a lot of stuff broken you can see into other rooms and was told that’s normal the doors are not straight cold air coming in from the front door lots more yes y’all gave us a tv but that doesn’t make up for all that’s wrong we are Not happy about it

  The price changed multiple times. I tried to get a lower payment and had my cousin try to co-sign who did have a much higher credit score. But they wanted him to use his private car collection as collateral. Like Whaaaat? Then when he declined my credit wasn’t good enough by itself? Make that make sense. They also charge you 1000 refundable down payment that NEVER got back. I reached out to Zachary and nothing.

  I have no complaints at all about my experience here! The staff was always very supportive, patient, and they were able to answer any and all the questions we had to ask. They were also super fast about getting our house delivered, our footers set, and the house put on blocks. They also made the process extremely easy and were able to process out paper work as well as ensuring we knew every part of the process. The sales representative we had was Karli Neal and I cannot have higher praises for her. She was able to help us with the entire process, application, financing, and scheduling as well as being able to make sure that we understood both the good and bad parts of the entire situation and made us feel like friends as opposed to just clients which was extremely refreshing!

  Bought my first house here. I had Jimmy as my sales rep and he did an amazing job, he stuck with me all the way through the financing process and helped made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with the delivery and setup of my home. Great place to buy mobile homes and I highly recommend them. Make sure you ask for Jimmy Mullins, he will take care of you.
