  I can agree about the kids that’s the only thing that bothers me the most loud screaming then they started banging on my door and running 🙄 DEFINITELY out of hand. I feel like there’s only so much they can do and honestly that’s not an office issue that’s a guardian issue 🤷‍♀️ It’s affordable perfect location everything’s under 7 mins away!!! I love my apt it’s cute, nice and clean. I’ve only met one maintenance man when I moved in November and he was young, friendly and helpful and now he’s gone. Now we have a very smart nice older man that’s quick on fixing things up ❤️ idk his name but he’s the best!!!! I work over nights so when they fix things they don’t wake me up! I feel safe being here the police coming out happens in all neighborhoods 🤷‍♀️ I mind my business 😂❤️ the office staff is nice to me so nothing to complain about there

  This place has gone downhill fast. Management clearly isn’t properly screening tenants—there’s constant police activity, almost daily. Young kids are running around the parking lot and common areas late at night unsupervised, and the whole property feels unsafe with seedy residents and drug/criminal activity. If you have any other option, don’t move here—it’s getting worse by the day. On top of that, the office staff are consistently rude and unprofessional.

  O and E are absolutely great, they are helpful and kind and work so hard.

  No ceiling fans, garbage disposal, storage for linens. Closets are small. People treat the new building like trash. Elevator works sometimes. It’s a non smoking building but people still do. Parking is an issue already and it’s just been open 5 months. WPD been here countless times. Quickly turning into babymomma ville. And the 2nd building isn’t even open yet.
