Couple things were annoying, like communication about community-wide maintenance things (the call box being broken, the pool opening super late in the summer), the constant fire department visits, and the windows in the really old building frosting and melting on the inside. I'd recommend living in the main building and not the one by the bank. But overall I loved it here and I wish I could move back!
