- MLMikki LawrenceMar 2, 20264.0We’ve been living at Prairie Pines since 2021 and have been extremely happy. The townhomes are well maintained, maintenance is always quick to respond and pleasant. The pool and gym are always clean. Our only little hiccup is people cleaning up after their dogs. PP does everything to make it easy to cleanup but people don’t always participate. Overall, it’s a lovely, safe place to live.

Throughout the process, management avoided meeting with us in person despite multiple requests. This made it very challenging to resolve questions and clarify expectations before we left. I eventually just dealt with everything via email. After we moved out, we were notified of additional costs that had accrued via third party text. When I reached out for clarification and an explanation of those charges, I did not receive any response. The lack of communication and transparency made an already stressful move even more disappointing. These townhomes are beautiful, and we loved living there, but the process at the end made me no longer recommend to my friends.
