  Avoid! They treat loyal customers horribly upon moving out ! They will find anything to try and take your money when the apartment was already damaged before moving in. They don't deserve tenants with the unjust way they treat ppl.

  Two stars because the complex looks nice and could've been my next home. I also am taking accountability for being about 7-8 minutes late for my tour, but since the email was very detailed, I didn't come in with many questions. Please keep in mind that the email confirming my appt stated that I was scheduled for an entire hour, so one would assume that an hour would be more than enough time for a single person to take a tour of one model apartment and ask any quick finalizing questions. As I walked in and apologized for being late, I also informed the leasing agent, Anissa, that the confirmation email answered all my questions so I just wanted to see the model. Anissa instantly began a 2 minute spiel about the "strict 10 min grace period." After she was done with her spiel, I looked at the time and said, "it just now is 10 minutes and you've already been talking to me." She appeared to have acknowledged my statement then reiterated the same spiel again like she wasn't the one holding up the appointment. She then went on to say "I have someone coming in the next 30 mins." Well why would you send a confirmation email stating I was booked for an entire hour but you had someone coming in during my hour block? Clearly whoever was coming in was much more important. My biggest issue: Anissa acted like she didn't have any time and was rushing me with my couple of follow-up questions about specific availability (keep in mind, you have to input your desired # of bedrooms and move-in date before you're able to complete the tour request). She told me that there was NOTHING available for what I was looking for and there "might be" availability the following month after my desired-move in. Why on Earth would you confirm a tour with me if you knew exactly what I was looking for??? If a complex is going to waste your time like this before even applying, I would HIGHLY recommend to look elsewhere!!!!!

  I enjoy living here. I think some things can be tweaked, and that’s why I gave it 4 stars, but overall it’s great! Lots of space to be pet-friendly! I love that there is practically a trail in my backyard. Also, the maintenance is on it when you need. I remember when we first moved in our front door lock broke, so we submitted a request in 8AM and they were there by 10:30ish. Which I thought was awesome! Anytime there is an issue they take no time to get there to fix it! Also, I know a lot of bad reviews are about the staff and I believe they are all new because the ladies that I have encountered have been nothing but amazing. They are super sweet, and always have something cool going on in the office for the tenants! It’s a great place to live and I highly suggest it!

  I wish I could give this negative stars. We initially paid for the renovated apartment and they told us it would be ready in roughly 3 weeks. The very next day they called and said it would be ready that weekend. They clearly rushed through the "renovation" and cut several corners. Our dishwasher flooded the kitchen after the first use due to electrical tape being used as a securing mechanism. All of the cabinets had a white, chalky substance all over the inside left over from the "renovation". Our toilet flooded after a few days. The worst thing though was the nails. When we first moved in there were construction debris scattered all over the apartment because they were not even done with the "renovations" yet. Over the next few days we were stepping on old rusty nails that were hidden in the carpet, some as long as 4 inches. We probably collected upwards of 50 old nails and screws during the brief 5 day stint at this complex. We were lucky to get out of there so quickly. The office ladies are also incredibly rude.
