Every weekend i have to struggle to find parking and then in the end i have no other choice except to park on the curb under tow away zone signs. Residents are struggling here to get parking while people from outside are partying in the pool and enjoying both amenities and parking. How hard it is to designate separate parking spots for guests !!! Last month i parked on the curb as it was weekend and no parking on the weekend and someone broke my windshield. I called leasing office to check if they can see on the camera who did it and they said we don't have camera in that parking lot while on their website they say "Indoor and Outdoor Monitored Security Cameras". I have sent emails to management about the parking issue but no response. At least they can acknowledge the problem and update us if they are doing something to fix it. Its a great property with so many amenities but management is a question mark. I don't understand why investors invest so much in infrastructure but don't focus on good management people who are the main face to their customers. **I have updated the rating as parking issue is pretty much resolved after they issued resident parking stickers. But still 2 star less for all the hassle we faced this summer. May be after some time i will update my ratings.
