- DADeanna AlaimoApr 2, 20265.0Transitioned from home ownership to apartment living. The leasing office was a definite factor in why I chose Apex. I didn't feel like they were "nickel and diming me". They are understanding, professional and caring. Facilities / maintenance is responsive and goes ABOVE and BEYOND. Not to mention, the apartments have details not often offered (accent barn door, pocket door, beverage fridge). The building is beautiful and I hear the pool is quite the experience during the summer! Looking forward to living here for the near future!

Just today I reported a minor problem with a drain plug in my sink. 20 minutes later maintenance had it fixed. With the great amenities to the amazing crew who keeps the public area immaculate I can't imagine living any other place. Thank you APEX management for making this my home.

The amenities are unmatched, and the entire staff is very friendly. I have referred numerous folks and even got a referral fee. I would highly recommend living here to anyone, and the only reason I'm moving is I bought a home. I would live here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I took advantage of so many of the amenities (guest suites, dog-grooming area, workout spaces, etc.) and were consistently blown away by the staff. The office team and maintenance crew were always responsive, efficient, and truly caring. I’d recommend the Apex over and over again to anyone looking for an exceptional place to live!
