  I am really disappointed with the poor management.Had come to know if they are available with 3b2.5b but they are hesitating to talk and are not willing to listen what we want to even ask.I really don’t suggest this apartments at any cost.

  Maintenance is great. Apartments are low budget. Kitchens are 50% solid, 50% awful. Laundry facilities have never been fully operational w/ broken units and only 4 washers and 4 dryers to start with. Even without good laundry facilities they've recently upped the prices on them. Not every apartment comes with them. Leasing agents are typically available and mostly helpful. You can rent at worse places by far. If you have the extra 100 dollars a month for somehwere else in the area, you'll probably thank yourself for spending it.

  great experience so far! the office ladies are very nice and respectful. the manager went out of her way on a busy day for me and i appreciate that!

  Good location, reasonable prices, and assigned covered parking are a definite plus. Also, good and friendly communication from the management team is a nice improvement over other apts I've lived in.

  One of the best places I have rented for. I was prompted to write this review finally after witnessing the dedication of the maintenance crew on clearing our sidewalks in sub-zero temps. It was spotless with practically no ice. Maintenance is always on top of requests and helpful. The admin team is chill and lets me know when I have mail to pick up at the office. This community is in a great location and I like how it’s a diverse resident population. I feel safe walking around at night and have never had a problem. I like also how there are dog bags provided to other residents. It seems like everyone cleans up after them selves. The unit I have is older but when I moved in it was spotless. My only complaint is that my unit (one bedroom) has no washer/dryer or hookup capabilities, thankfully there is a dedicated on site one. It is kind of far from my unit but I usually have the ability to not wait for others. All in all, great place to live. Thank you to all the workers who help make living here nice.
