I also had another quick visit on the actual unit with Allie. Both Maria and Allie are very friendly and committed. I have been here for 3 months and no matter what issue i have had with the unit (nothing major), they have been very active and have gotten the issue taken care off as soon as possible. They are also very prompt in giving any information/update regarding any work that is expected to happen on the entire property. Also like to mention Justin, who is the maintenance guy and is also efficient and friendly. The unit itself, a 2BDR, has a nice layout and is spacious. Also has an attached garage and there is plenty of parking spaces. Lots of gym equipment, mini golf, and a swimming pool as well. Would definitely recommend Villas at Carrington Square to anyone.

If anything ever does need maintenance it’s Addressed and taken care of that day or the next. The grounds are always, beautiful and neighbors are absolutely fantastic, true sense of community. Definitely would suggest checking it out if you’re looking at moving into the area.
