  Just a quick word about Dave. Dave is the “Go to” guy when you have an issue with any trouble in your apartment at the VUE in Overland Park. There have been few issues since I moved in about a year ago. But here’s an example from earlier this weekend. I went to the office to report that my toilet seat was broken. Within the hour, Dave was there and installed a new seat. He’s efficient, but he’s just a really nice guy, too! When we had a major water line problem months ago ( I think the fault of the city) , Dave was on site day and night it seemed until the water line was fixed and water restored. That’s one of the benefits of apartment living, especially if you have people like Dave on board! Suzy PS -My kids love it since I live here by myself and they don’t have to worry about me not getting the help I need!

  This is John and Maggie at the Vue in Overland Park, KS. Some time ago we decided to sell the house, downsize and find an apartment in the right location and one that would make us proud. Finally we discovered the Vue. We loved it being in downtown Overland Park and immediately knew we would love the building. This was many months ago. But, we faced a problem. There was one specific floor plan we wanted but it was not available. We knew the Vue was what we wanted so we hung in there and waited. About six weeks ago we were told one of the units we wanted would become available and with excitement we said yes. We will be moving the first week of March. With this background we both feel without Leigh and Sydney our good fortune may not have been possible. From the beginning we appreciated their knowledge and professionalism. What struck us first was their friendliness and sense of humor. Leigh and Sydney both greeted us with smiles and open arms. Lastly, their patience shown to us while we struggled with the wait was MOST appreciated. They helped us make it happen. The Vue is fortunate to have them and they likewise seem proud and happy to be part of the Vue team. John and Maggie
