- KKKendal3 days ago1.0Highly disappointed in my experience here. Seems like a place where your needs are not met and your concerns are ignored. I was going to make this place my home but before I signed the lease, I addressed the concerns of the my potential apartment via email. The closet was missing their racks. I was told that I would have a garden tub but it was a standard tub. I was told that the stove will be replaced with a flat surface stove prior to my move and it was not replaced on my move in date. I reached out to the office 3 times via email and never received a response. Eventually, I had to call the office and there were no effort in making things right. I mentioned how they didn't answer the emails I've sent. I was told that they saw the emails and that's it. Seems like a tactic they use so the potential or current residents will not have a paper trail of proof of their incompetence or lies. I lost money on an $85 application fee and a $150 reservation fee (which should have been waived because I was told that I'm under a Preferred Employer Program)

Office staff and maintenance crew are all really kind people - caring, professional, prompt. I have been here for 3 months so far and I am looking forward to calling this place home for the next few years.

It is maintenance free. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and fast to respond. They are very courteous and respectful of you and your home. The grounds are beautifully maintained with beautiful walking paths. Perfect for walking your dogs. A very lovely community with many amenities. A nice place to call home.
