- SRSamantha Rohleder4 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would - I cannot recommend more strongly to NOT rent from this company. Throughout the two years lived there they took excessive amounts of time to fix the issues, our water froze both winters because the first winter they chose to spot fix and not fully insulate the pipes under the home. There was mold in the crawlspace due to the lack of appropriate vapor barrier, which led to the hardwood floor rotting in a main thoroughfare. When we reported this they ended up having several different flooring experts out and ended up going with one that said we would have to be out of the home for a minimum of 3 days. With our pets we know that finding temporary housing for us would not be cheap, the management company stated that the landlord was only willing to offer $50 a day which would not cover a hotel. We had to live with this wood rot for months because they also would not let us break the lease to move out. When we finally did reach the end of our lease they took over the mandated 30 days to provide us with the itemized list of deductions from our nearly $1500 security deposit. They finally got us that and claimed that there was $1000 of cleaning/damages they needed to fix. Which is whatever, sure, but it's been nearly 3 full months and we have not received our security deposit back. We had provided both our direct deposit information as well as our new mailing address. The communication from this company is disappointing at best, and intentionally negligent at worst.

Edit** I guess they also don’t understand usernames…..but I can assure anyone who reads this, I am in fact a real person who had nothing short of a nightmare experience with this company. One that cost me thousands of dollars and hours and hours of my time. They COMPLETELY dropped the ball and now have the nerve to lie and say this is a fake review….because of my GOOGLE USERNAME?! UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!
