Absolutely worst apartment complex I’ve ever leased from. Not only when you request maintenance they never show up, your utility bills (water, trash & sewer) are ridiculously high. There is also no parking, and you can’t park on the curb or you’ll get your car towed. There isn’t much positive about this place but the one single positive is the valet trash which is nice. Do not lease here you will regret it. Absolute nightmare living here.
I had a better experience with Lakes at lionsgate across the street.

If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would choose it.
I moved into Sandstone on November 28th under a new lease. At move-in, I was given mailbox keys that did not work, and I was told gym keys would be provided within one week. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the gym keys.
I reported the mailbox issue immediately. Despite visiting the leasing office more than 7 times, I was repeatedly told, “We will fix it and let you know.” No one ever followed up. As a result, all of our mail has been stuck in the mailbox for over a month.
This level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a new resident. Basic access like mailbox keys and promised amenities should not take weeks to resolve.

Not sure where you got your info, but I have documentation and time stamped photos proving everything I stated is totally true and accurate. I can provide copies if you like. The refrigerator was unplugged by your maintenance person on Sunday because he was unable to repair it which was after all my food had spoiled and been disposed of. If you need copies of my maintenance requests I will gladly supply them but since they are online you should be able to view them......

My refrigerator is not working and I have a major leak under my kitchen sink. I placed a service request for my refrigerator on December 5 (10 days ago), and for the leaking pipes, service was requested on November 30, 2025 (2 weeks ago.). I have emailed management several times and made several trips to the office and spoke face to face with staff.
The response given was that maintenance is under staffed and that no one is authorized to call an appliance repair service or plumber.
This resulted in my throwing away well over $500 in food because I could not get anyone to repair my refrigerator. Someone could have taken the initiative to move a working refrigerator from a vacant apartment or call an appliance repair service. But instead the decision was made to do nothing and have all of our food spoil.
My wife and I are elderly seniors and are now unable to make our meals because we have no place to store our food.
Could you give someone the authorization to set up the refrigerator repair as well as a plumber to fix the leaking pipes. The moldy smell in the kitchen is getting pretty strong.
We also believe we should be reimbursed for the spoiled food we had to discard due to the failure of Sandstone Creek Apartments to provide critical maintenance.

I know there have been a lot of not so positive reviews and that is why I felt the need to post a review . Jennifer and her maintenance staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I do realize sometimes maintenance can be unavailable for nonemergency work, but they are definitely trying to catch up and have exceeded my expectations on getting to my maintenance request. Jennifer also has been wonderful and my personal belief/experience is she truly cares about our community and is working her best to make sure all of our needs as residence are taken care of.

The worst community ever i have seen. Maintanance is very slow and worst service and the team also never responds for any complaints and are very rude to tenants and the worst part is they dont even provide parking lots for the tenants if we ask they say first come first serve i dnt know what kind of reply they are giving never ever seen such community and dont wanna stay in this community frm next thm and will never refer this community to my family or frnds everrrrrr.... and they should have mentioned that they dnt provide any parking spots for their community in their website we would have chosen other communities which are very affordable and providing free parking space and best maintanance.
