The property manager is active in the property's community, along with being attentive and responsive to resident concerns. He is often seen either driving or walking the property, assessing areas for improvements. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours, with many of them being filled by the head of maintenance. Even the new maintenance hires are respectful, professional, and efficient. The neighbors are friendly, and the amenities (especially the gym and pickleball court) are clean. It is also perfectly located within walking distance to major restaurants and retail outlets.

The maintenance team has a big job to do considering how large the community is and for my needs they have been great! The management and staff have assisted me whenever I have needed help.
