    Jim is such an incredible individual, came by Career education system and educated my class about Loans, lender and mortgages and etc, I would pay to be in another class with him teaching, such a good teacher, wise person and very funny may I add! Definitely put a show for the class and made it very educational and entertaining. Would recommend him 100%
