Living at Centennial Park has been an absolute nightmare! My home was supposed to be renovated ahead of moving in. The “renovation” was never finished, I had no water, outlets didn’t work, projects incomplete, toilets weren’t even installed. No one from the leasing office even came down to apologize. I received a one time $500 credit. I spent three times that fixing issues they refused to address or brushed off.
The home was infested with bugs and this issue was also ignored. I dug out and replaced the mulch along the home and thousands of bugs came out. I had multiple carpenter ants fall out of my ceiling vents. I put sticky traps all over my home and they were filled within a few hours of putting them down.
I’ve placed three work orders for my heat and nothing ever gets fixed. My energy bill is over $300 every month and my home won’t heat up above 65-67 degrees most days. Stay as far away from this property as you can!! I have given them more than enough chances to resolve these issues and am reporting them to the U.S. Department of Housing.

I would strongly advise against moving into Centennial Park. The problems started right away. We weren’t even given all the basics — we had to specifically ask for both a pool key and a mail key.
During our initial walkthrough on move-in day, we found a pool of water surrounding the toilet. Our washer and dryer that we pay $50/month for was not in our unit. When we received our garage door openers, we asked for two but only one was programmed. After getting no response from maintenance to fix it, I ended up watching a video, climbing on my car, and reprogramming it myself.
The bug problem is another major issue. From the start, we found an excessive number of creepy crawlers, including brown recluse spiders. Our requests for pest control were ignored for weeks, and when management finally sent professionals, they refused to pass along the specific areas of concern I pointed out if I wasn’t home.
The energy bills are outrageous. Management told us the previous residents’ bills averaged around $150, but ours have consistently been between $320–$480. None of our neighbors seem to have this issue. After begging them to send out an electrician, he suspected in his report that a new thermostat and an HVAC specialist were needed — yet nothing has been done. When I asked if we could get out of our lease because we can’t afford to live here with that high of electricity bills, we were told we’d have to buy out our lease.
Overall, maintenance communication and performance are unacceptable. Requests are ignored, responses are slow, and when something is addressed, it’s often left half-done. For the amount residents pay here, Centennial Park should provide basic functionality, communication, and care — but they’ve failed across the board. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’ve lived here long enough to experience both the old management and the new team, and I can honestly say the difference is night and day. In the past, things felt cold and unwelcoming, but the new staff has completely turned that around. They are warm, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It feels like a breath of fresh air every time I interact with them.
Maintenance has also been fantastic—quick to respond and thorough in their work. For the first time in a long time, I feel valued and happy to call this community home. I’m truly grateful for the positive changes and excited to see this place thrive under such wonderful leadership!

A lot of times it’s easy to leave reviews when things go wrong but I wanted to come back and update my previous review. Recently we had an issue with our AC unit not blowing cold air. The office staff and maintenance team made sure that issue was rectified quickly and swiftly. They provided us with a temporary air unit until our permanent unit was replaced. The office staff communicated very well throughout the entire process. The grounds are consistently well kept and manicured and the new grills and fire pit to the pool area are nice to see. Centennial has been a great, quiet place to live with amazing office staff and a really good quality maintenance team.
