***They replied with your typical "we're sorry, but we'll look into it". I will update if they have done anything in a month. As of now it's been two days and not even an email to the tenants 10/27/2025***
What are you willing to pay, and is it worth it? I don't mind paying for a place that's +$1400/month for a single bed, but I do expect that money to go towards having a clean, welcoming, and overall good experience.
I've lived here for around 3 years now, and initially thought that I could look over a lot of things. However, it seems that over the last year and half that it's becoming increasingly less adequate of a living area. So, here's my general rundown over the course of my time here:
Pros:
1.) Maintenance (NOT management) is great. You need something fixed/replaced and they're on it!
2.) Great area. Close to the highway, parks, and grocery stores.
3.) The apartment is quite nice with a decent amount of space.
Cons:
1.) Management does not care - at all. I mean look at the review responses, they take almost no accountability for peoples issues other than "we're sorry that you experienced that" for the most part. I'll go into more details.
- If you have a noisy neighbor - tuff! If you ask management for help they'll tell you to work it out yourself. I live on the first floor and my neighbor seems to run like a madman at all hours.
- There's been a car parked in the same spot since the snow storm in January, and it has not moved since. I know at least 3 other people in my building who have emailed, called, and/or gone to management about it over the year. However, since there's no policy about idle cars they won't take care of it.
- The office closes early so much, that if you need anything too bad. Then even if they're open, if you call between 5 - 5:30 no chance they'll answer. I tested this once by being in the club house, saw they were there, called, and they didn't even try to answer.
2.) When winter comes, good luck. They only clear the path to the showroom apartment, but anywhere else is covered in snow/ice. They barely put any salt down, but it doesn't matter since it never gets cleared. The snow will build up so much, and people will walk over it that it compacts into ice. That's just an accident waiting to happen.
3.) As you can tell by the picture and previous comments, the gym is kinda gross. People (as shown and written) don't wear shoes. ***Edit*** For some reason it doesn't show the picture in question, but I will gladly email it to anyone who wants proof.
4.) People leave trash out for so long that while I was walking to my apartment I saw that someone left a sign because of a beer bottle on the ground. While they'll take care of the inside of the apartment, they really don't care if someone leaves a mess on the outside.
5.) If the trash guy doesn't come, you still have to pay. Once they didn't come for a week with no notice, and when I called to see if I still had to pay for the service that was not provided. They said I would even though they admitted that the company should've come.
6.) As you can see they "encourage" good reviews via raffles. So, you can look at a 5-star, but can you trust it?
I love the area, but for the same price I might as well move down the road. At least from the outside the other complexes look well maintained. My lease is up at the end of the year, if it snows I'll add pictures of how they don't remove the snow or ice.
