  After 3 months at this complex, management has been the best I have experienced. The response time to any requests are superior to any apartment I have lived at by far. Stephanie is turning this place into something special. I highly recommend reaching out to them. The renovations they did are amazing. The residents are quiet and you will always have parking. All-in-all, this place deserves the five stars!

  Bed bugs crawl from out the vents and lights now I have mold growing in my living room and bathroom from broken things my apartment went in abatement the slum Lords refused to fix what the state told them to fix also charged 1500 dollars in bed bug treatments and trash any one that lives here needs to look up Kansas code statue 58-2553 it's the owners that by law need to come outa pocket for bed bugs even if you signed a bed bug amamdent hope this really helps because I'm actually gonna be home less because I stayed here at four seasons apartment

  There was a tenant that I lived below me. I complained and called the cops and neighbors called the cops and nothing was done about this tenant..I talked to management..she told me for 6 months she was going to make him move for and never did. Management lied every month..says she knows about the noise there is nothing she can do. He is a mental patient...his social worker should have kept him in the hospital instead of letting him live alone..she agree to let me break my contract to move move..then after I did she start saying I moved out on my own...The police was called for this tenant over 25 times and they were saying it's up to management...management saying he's off his medication what can we do...none of this in the contract. It states if a tenant has the cops called more than twice..management is supposed to make them move...worst place to live

  Well...After over two weeks of calling, emailing, and leaving messages multiple times and getting no response... I guess I am giving up on trying to get leasing information.
