DO NOT RECOMMEND - Serious Safety and Maintenance Concerns SAFETY ALERT: Brown Recluse Spider Infestation Throughout Complex I am writing this detailed review to warn prospective renters about the serious health and safety issues at this apartment complex. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone. Critical Health & Safety Issues: Severe Pest Infestation: The complex has a widespread bug infestation, including dangerous brown recluse spiders throughout multiple units. Despite repeated requests, management refuses to provide proper professional extermination services. Residents are forced to pay out-of-pocket for their own pest control, which should be the landlord's legal responsibility. This is not just an inconvenience, brown recluse bites can cause serious medical issues. Major Maintenance & Construction Defects: Poor Insulation and Soundproofing: The walls have virtually no insulation. If your unit has an attached garage next to a neighbor's garage, expect your entire wall to shake violently every time they open or close their garage door. It feels like an earthquake in your own home. The noise level makes peaceful living impossible. Defective HVAC Systems: The thermostats and heating systems are completely inadequate. Even with the thermostat set to 80°F in winter, the actual temperature struggles to reach 70°F. Expect high utility bills while still being cold in your own apartment. Substandard Repair Practices: Management consistently applies temporary "band-aid fixes" rather than addressing root causes of problems. Issues are never fully resolved they simply patch problems temporarily, only for them to recur repeatedly. What You Need to Know: Dangerous pest infestations (brown recluse spiders) No proper extermination services provided Failed insulation causing noise and temperature issues Defective heating/cooling systems Negligent maintenance practices Management unresponsive to legitimate safety concerns Bottom Line: This complex operates with slumlord practices while charging premium prices. The combination of serious safety hazards (venomous spiders), failed building systems (HVAC, insulation), and management's refusal to address problems makes this property completely unlivable. Do not be fooled by attractive photos or lease specials. The reality of living here involves paying for your own pest control, dealing with extreme temperatures, constant noise disturbances, and legitimate health risks from spider infestations. I strongly urge anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere. Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are worth far more than whatever rent they're charging. If you're currently experiencing similar issues as a resident, document everything and contact your local housing authority. These conditions may violate habitability standards. Save yourself the money, stress, and potential health risks choose a different apartment complex. I can't WAIT for my BFF's lease to be OVER!! You all should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

Owners LIE and damaged my credit! READ THIS! Moved out and they sent me to collections for $140 without ever contacting me. Damaged my otherwise perfect credit score by 70 points even though I was more than willing to pay (and did, on time). Never ever rent here. The below reply is a LIE. They had my forwarding address, email, and phone number and never contacted me once, never sent me a bill. I was there for the exit walkthrough and the lady that did it said nothing to me, just quickly walked through and took some pictures then left. I was not told about any charges at that time, and had already paid a list of move out fees prior to inspection. They put a 7 year stain on my credit report because they don’t care about their tenants once they stop paying money. This kind of activity should be illegal, but sadly, isn’t. This is how they treat their tenants of 5+ years who’ve never missed a payment. Absolutely careless and sickening. This will likely lose me thousands of dollars when I go to buy a house because of interest rates, all because they couldn’t care enough to try to contact me, and instead just lazily sent me to collections. And they have the audacity to reply here and lie about it all, pretending they do no wrong. This can happen to ANYONE who rents here, and there is nothing you can do to prevent it besides finding somewhere else to live. BEWARE.

I moved out from this place and still got charged for 3 months of electricity bill after my move out date. They refused to reimburse the amount. When we move in without the electricity confirmation they will charge you the electricity bill, but when you move out they are not ready to accept thier own charges I have been living here from 5 years. At the end of my lease if i want to move to different unit i have signed new lease + application fee before, But now with the new management they are saying Its 500$ transfer fee per applicant + new application fee even at end of my current lease(Which i have not encountered at centennial park apartments (or) any other community before). *JUST BE AWARE OF THIS* So if you are 2 guys if you want to switch to bigger unit within centennial park at the end of your lease it will be 1000$+ application fee (~300$) more .
