  These apartments have had nothing but good times and have maintained a clean environment for the entire time I’ve lived here. The maintenance crew, especially Julio, are nothing but amazing. The same thing applies with the apartment manager, Nicole.

  Had a washer emergency at night and water was spreading everywhere. Maintenance was super quick to respond, and Mr.Julio came over fast. He was professional, calm, and handled everything efficiently. Really appreciate the fast and reliable help!

  I really enjoyed living here. The building itself is nice and my experience while actually renting was good. Julio, as many other reviews have mentioned, did an upstanding job at maintenance across the apartment. Unfortunately, the move-out process has been horrible. After moving out, I was sent to collections for a utilities balance even though I was told by the leasing office that I had paid everything. I later learned the issue was caused by a billing failure on the apartment’s side according to the utilities company, but I’m still dealing with collections and getting bounced between the property, billing company, and debt collector. It’s extremely stressful to have your account sent to collections over something that wasn’t even billed correctly. The apartment is great to live in, but be very careful during move-out and keep every document as mistakes on their end can become your problem very quickly.

  I’ll be fair. Great safe area, studio layout feels spacious with good sized kitchen and bathroom. Flex rent available to pay in the 5th and 15th so that’s helpful. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. The Units are older and you can tell, the combo washer/dryer is only good for very small loads and takes 3hrs + to dry and is crazy loud, same for the ac/heater that loudly “snaps” on every 30 min. Does seem to have pest issue as I’ve seen yellow-jackets, spiders, bugs, and centipedes in my unit. The pool is very small and full of unsightly brown rain water currently, the landscaping needs more detail as shrubs and bushes overgrown patios and sidewalks, un raked leaves pile up in front of doorways. Overpriced but you’re in OP.
