  This review is very long overdue. I never leave reviews, but this absolutely warranted one. I see majority of these reviews that are 4 or 5 stars just based completely on future residents tours. This place is hands down the worst place I have lived out of the 4 apartments I’ve stayed in. #1 My first gripe, upon signing our lease we were told our apartment would have WOOD floors, that most of them were being turned over from carpet to wood. This was a big deal to us as we have 2 dogs. We couldn’t see the specific apartment prior to moving in because someone lived there. When we arrived move in day, it had carpeted floors. There were prior stains on the carpet as well, and you could tell this carpet was ready for a replacement. I met the person who lived in this unit at the dog park here months later as they had moved into a larger unit. To know this carpet was used and had another dog prior was frustrating to me. #2 On new year’s eve of 2024, a woman was outside with her dog, off leash. It looked like it was some type of pit mix. When I realized that her dog wasn’t leashed, it was too late. I yelled “hey” and her dog came running at mine. They began snapping at each other and getting aggressive. I had to throw myself in between the 2, and left with a couple scratches. I immediately brought this to Adaras attention as I have witnessed many people walk their dogs without a leash. I was told to call a specific number to talk to management about it more. I went ahead and called that number when the office opened back up, and was left with dismissal saying “I responded to your email already and said we will send an email to all residents”. That email was never sent until APRIL. 4 months later, after I sent multiple complaints about MORE dogs being off leash. #3 Maintenance comes in SO OFTEN. This was incredibly irritating as someone who worked nights and slept during the day. Maintenance was kind and just doing their job, but nowhere I have lived has needed to come in so much. For example, I have emails from 6/22/25, 7/31/2025, 9/4/2025, 9/7/2025 for inspections. Then another one on 9/12 for move out inspections. There were of course way more visits than this, but I am offering a glimpse of what a few months looked like. Seemed excessive to me. #4 The water pressure was absolutely terrible. Washing dishes was difficult. Toilet struggled flushing constantly. Shower pressure was decent. Just another added frustration, and made the rent steep given what we were dealing with. #5 The largest problem of all. We were sent to collections for a rent payment we PAID. I have bank statements and a conformation email. This was our move out prorated rent. We are now dealing with this 5 months after moving out. I can not stress to you how much I wouldn’t recommend living here. They have another management team (the third switch since I have lived there). Maybe things are better, but I have low hopes as we were just sent to collections for a payment we have made(:

  Resident since May of 2022, my living space of 2bedrooms has served me well. Grounds maintenance, maintenance requests and snow removal all done in a timely fashion. Mechanically, this unit is in remarkable condition. Access to pool area is a perk, I’ve always enjoyed. Looking forward to the same in coming months. Thanks for allowing me to provide positive info on this platform for review by Google and to those in search of luxury accommodations down the road. Dennis M

  I found Adara through word of mouth and recently got accepted to live there. So far, the management has been super helpful. I've bothered Victor more than my fair share and he has been great (and patient). Robyn has been very professional and timely. I look forward to moving in and will definitely update my review after I have some living experience.

  Great conversation, and tour! Victor answered every question I had, even if I accidentally asked it twice haha.

  Luis was amazing to work with, answered all our questions during the tour,,was not rushed, took our time. Everyone in the office with polite and professional.
