I have been living in this apartment for about three years and I do not recommend living here. Except for the tow truck and the person in charge of their office, they are not responsive at all.

Lived here for 5 years, had to park my truck backwards so I could fix a part. They had a tow truck on standby, so if I walked away, they could tow it. Was only parked like that for 1h.
Nice well kept chev S10, and they wanted to just take it because they had a rule about parking backwards.
They even stole my mother's vehicle once. Older lady, trying to bring food in from the back of her vehicle. Waiting there for her to go inside.
Honest people who struggle in life, or those better off, beware. They are legal thieves.
Edit: I did have a moment my truck almost ran over me, my block slipped. Do in his tow truck just watched couldn't even offer to help. I had a friend bring me a better block. Couldn't walk away or it would get towed.
The maintenance Chris that came and worked at my apartment was very nice and fixed the things that I asked to be fixed. Much appreciated.
lived here for a couple years, awful experience. The reviews mentioning towing are very accurate, having guests or going through any kind of emergency was always a nightmare. They also hold packages far from your door and charge you to retrieve them after a few days. people constantly riding around on golf carts looking through windows searching for things to charge you for. no lighting in the apartments besides bathrooms. would recommend against living here.

Let me start by saying that FieldStone Apartments appears to be a good choice when you first move in. For the first few weeks, you may feel like you made the right decision—until reality hits. And trust me, it hits hard.
Let’s talk about towing first:
Knights Towing is constantly circling the property like vultures. Guests cannot park without being at high risk of getting towed—even if it’s just for a few minutes. I’ve personally witnessed them tow vehicles within minutes, often timing it right before they close so you’re forced to pay extra the next day. It feels like a trap, and there’s zero empathy for emergencies or short visits.
Next: Safety and Maintenance
• When it ices, the roads are left untreated. No salt, no warnings—just dangerous conditions. You’re basically left to slide down your driveway like a cartoon character.
• There’s visible mold on the ceilings, multiple large spiders in closets, and crickets falling from the vents.
• The thermostat malfunctions regularly, and plumbing is unreliable.
• No ceiling lights in the rooms—yes, you have to buy your own lighting. Basic living essentials? Apparently optional here.
Now… let’s talk about customer service:
There’s a woman at the front desk named Sarah who was consistently dismissive and unhelpful. Any attempt to get assistance was met with long sighs and long pauses. You’re made to feel like a burden for needing help.
Living here was emotionally exhausting, and quite frankly—jail might be more satisfying. I regret signing that lease, and I strongly urge others to do more research before moving in.
0/5 stars. Would never recommend.
