She did an excellent job and made the entire leasing process smooth and efficient. She was professional, informative, and proactive in sharing details about move-in specials, which I really appreciated.Thank you, Lashly!! The only drawback and recommendation I’d make is to consider refreshing the hallway carpets and addressing the odor in those areas. They really need attention. It would really enhance the first impression when entering the building. Overall, my experience has been very positive!
