I’ve had such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of quickly. From the very beginning, the team has been super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It really makes a difference living somewhere where you feel valued and supported. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!
This apartment complex puts on a good show when you go to rent from them, but what you get is significantly more beat down than what you expect. Cheap appliances including a barely functioning washer and dryer, worn carpet and dirty bathrooms should be expected. The management is evasive and once they have the contract, they are very difficult to contact. The contract puts the renter on the hook for everything, utilities are an unspecified line item on each months rent and is unpredictable.
And don't expect to get your deposit back...even if you leave the place cleaner than when you arrived, they will creatively charge away your deposit. Good luck if you decide to rent here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I cannot stress this enough. I'm 36 years old and, by all accounts, a responsible and thoughtful tenant. I always paid my rent on time and never caused problems.
I typically never complain because I don't want to be a Karen. However, over the winter I wasn't getting any hot water. Filed several maintenance requests through the portal and was told someone was over to fix it, but the water stayed cold. It wasn't fixed until I informed management that tenants in Kansas have a legal right to hot water (Karen move, I know, but I was desperate). Same thing happened in summer. AC broke and it was 85-90 degrees in my apartment for 6 days before they sent the maintenance guy to fix it. He was there several times while I was there and he said it was fixed, but it wasn't. The AC never worked, even right after he left, and I felt like I was being gaslighted out of my mind. It was so hot in there for 2 weeks that my cats got sick and started vomiting everywhere. They gave me a portable window AC temporarily after that, which helped, but the central AC was never fixed before I moved out. The stairs up to the 2nd floor were also broken for months (very wobbly and one stair that flipped entirely sideways if you stepped on it) and it wasn't fixed until a delivery person told me "that's a lawsuit waiting to happen". I told management so they would be motivated to fix it, and thankfully they did. Seems they only care about maintenance if there might be legal repercussions for them though. Moved out and thought I was finally free of them... now after 8 months of not contacting me, they sent an email saying I owe them $56 and they will send the debt to their attorney unless I pay within the next week??? I checked my emails and phone calls, and confirmed I've gotten nothing from them. They didn't even tell me what the balance was for. I don't know if it's maliciousness or pure incompetence, and I don't know if it's the management or the maintenance people that are the real issue here, but I have NEVER had an experience like this in my 18 years of renting. Stay away. The pool is NOT worth it.
I absolutely love living here, the location is absolutely amazing and everything is located so conveniently, the apartments are also so clean and open. I have a three bedroom and I love having my own bedroom and bathroom, all of the features that the pointe offers is also such a bonus, the pool is always clean and doesn’t smell horribly like chlorine, the gym is updated and always sanitized, and having a washer and dryer in unit is something I didn’t realize I appreciated this much. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and kind and the maintenance crew always fills my maintenance orders so quickly. I definitely recommend living here if you want a clean, affordable, spacious and beautiful apartment!!!

Worst experience ever! I know they are renovating their apartment recently but nobody’s telling me i’m going to move a room with unfinished renovating work. When I first moved in, the carpet of my bedroom was very dirty, no tap water in my bathroom, the sink was leaking and even the dishwasher was not hooked up. The appliances were old and bad quality. The refrigerator constantly has noises. And the sink constantly leaks.
