This is my second apartment I’ve been at and by far one of the best. The staff is very sweet and accommodating, they are very easy to work with and keep the buildings neat.

Power was shut off with no notice to tenants because Stonecreek Living sold to Eucalyptus. The request would have been put in by Friday 6/14/24 as the shut off date was Monday 6/17/24 and Evergy requires a 24-hour notice. The new company requires tenants to put utilities in their name, but hours after the power was shut off, has still not notified anyone of this. My neighbors still have no electricity. I only know because I went to the leasing office in person and called a few different people at Evergy. The leasing office has not been answering the phones.
Update: The company put out notices and power is back on. The new company handled the situation alright so I added a star, but I hope on behalf of me and the other tenants who didn't have AC or running refrigerators on a 94° day, along eith having to scramble to open Evergy accounts on a work day, they'll hold the old company accountable for a rent credit. In the end, this was still a miscommunication that put a burden on tenants.
Also, hopefully the new company will prioritize cleaning up the trash all around the property and the mosquito water in the dumpster bays. I'm sure there's a lot they can do to earn better reviews in the future.
