  I would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent place to live. Quiet, very affordable, lots of room, landlords are on top of everything and responsive, lots of big trees that are gorgeous in the summer and fall. I’m looking at moving out of the state soon, and the thing I’m most sad about is having to leave my apartment. I SO wish I could take it with me. By far my favorite place to live. The amenities are a bit older given the age of the buildings, but to be able to have the space and the peacefulness at this affordability, slightly older amenities are 100% worth it. (Also, I should mention that the water pressure here is the best in town.) Being an older building means that this place is both noise resistant AND safer in a bad storm. I have lived in some of these newer-built apartments in town, the ones that go up quickly and have all the flashy bells and whistles, and let me tell you, older architecture comes out on top EVERY time. Now let’s talk safety: as a woman, personal safety is something I think about and consider often, and I have not so much as THOUGHT about being unsafe here since day one. This place is mostly comprised of young professionals and small families, and it has proven multiple times to be a safe and healthy environment. Five-star safety rating from me. All in all, having lived here a year, I haven’t found a single thing to complain about yet. It’s a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet. Best place in town!

  Loved my time living at the Lundin Apartments, we had one maintenance issue while we were there. I called the landlords and despite being on vacation she had someone there fixing it within 20 minutes. I recommend their apartments to all of my friends up here

  My wife and I really enjoyed living at this apartment complex, and wish we could take it and our landlords with us when we move! The owners, the Lundin's, were extremely friendly and helpful. All maintenance concerns were addressed quickly and with no hassle, mostly by Mark Lundin, one of the owners. The complex is fairly quiet, with mature tenants who are mostly working professionals, military, or small families. It is far enough away from campus to be quiet, with no undergrads and accompanying parties, but close enough that you could commute to campus by bicycle if you wanted (like I did every day for two years)! The apartments are a little old, but for the size, price, and quiet, you really can't beat it. We've also enjoyed being so close to CiCo park and the playground, where we took our son frequently. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!
