They both called to follow up with me several times and check in when I needed help. Very kind and caring individuals who genuinely care about their tenants and go out of their way to offer assistance.
- CCCailinFeb 24, 20213.0Pros: Safe and clean, fast and friendly maintenance, good location and nice amenities. Reasonably quiet; you'll still hear neighbors from time to time but not bad Cons: They nickel and dime you on deposits, especially when you check out and/or have pets. Among the more expensive places in town. Lots of tenants not following rules (cleaning after pets, speeding through complex) puts a strain on respectful tenants as everybody gets bombarded with emails from management. If you rent here, make sure you clean well and be there for checkout.

Tami and Kayla have been extremely helpful and the one maintenance issue was dealt with quickly by Justin. The apartment complex is quiet and the pool and fitness center are great amenities. I would highly reccomend Georgetown!
