  David Renberg is a PHENOMENAL realtor. He was so great to work with. We love how he approached selling our property with lots of data, graphs, etc. It felt like we were making an informed, data-driven decision with our listing price. He was kind, down to earth, kept us in the loop the whole process, and most importantly he successfully helped us to sell our house! We’re so thankful for David and everyone at Foundation Realty.

His communication skills, commitment to excellence, professional knowledge and tools -- and talented staff (the fly-over drone video by Whitney was particularly effective - so were her photos) all contributed to a very positive and successful experience while selling our farm and buying a home in town. His quick responses to requests and thorough approach to tasks built confidence and yielded a greater than expected ROI for our sale. He has a great professional network that assisted us with financing; he is a friend. I strongly recommend him and his firm.

  Clay Garber is as good as it gets! We are a military family and have bought all three of our homes remotely and have had to hire realtors virtually which comes with its challenges. This time we had more specific criteria for our home search and more challenging life circumstances so having someone who listened, was proactive and communicative was incredible. From the beginning it felt like Clay made our needs his priority. We were undecided on new construction and buying a little older home and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable about both. He has builder connections that made that a viable option but he also knows the area and its construction like the back of his hand. When we finally landed on our home he was able to tell us about the materials used that year of construction etc. Through the closing process he was always willing to go above and beyond. He was always willing to FaceTime and do walk throughs with us over the phone. Our lives have been hectic in recent months and having Clay stay on top of us and making sure we were checking all the necessary boxes made the process just too easy. We wouldn’t think twice about working with him again. We are so glad we found him!

  Selling a home from out of town can be incredibly stressful, but working with Clay Graber made the entire process smooth and stress free! I needed someone who I could trust to know the market and provide their expertise. Clay exceeded every expectation. He was proactive and very responsive when it came to questions and showings.
