I came by for a tour on 4/4 and the young lady that was there was not helpful at all. I started by going to the sister property across the lot and received great service from Jocelyn who suggested I check out Water Crest. When I walked in the young lady didn’t introduce herself so I didn’t get a name. It was like pulling teeth trying to talk to her. She didn’t really ask any questions of what I was looking for so I started by telling her how many rooms and that I would like a tour. From there she gave me paperwork, but failed to explain or go over any information about costs or anything. She was just looking by at me crazy like a deer in headlights. When we finished with the tour I felt rushed as she stayed standing when we got back handed me my ID and said to just check the website for availability. She didn’t bother asking if I had more questions or see if I wanted a quote. Linked In premium has some great training videos on customer service. She may want to look into that.

Wife and I have lived here for about 8 months now, and have had a very mixed experience. Initial impression during the tour was very positive (although they of course would only let us view a model instead of an actual livable unit). We decided we liked it the best out of the others we looked at in the area and went ahead and applied. Had some difficulty after that point getting ahold of anyone in the office, but we did eventually get through and our application was accepted. I told the leasing agent when we were moving in and everything seemed to be going great. Fast forward, our lease has started and it’s about a week before we can actually move in. I got the electrical set up and called to make sure everything was ready for move in, and said I would be stopping by as I had a job interview in the area (we were moving from out of town). I was told that everything was ready to go and stopped by the office to get my papers and stuff. When I got to the actual unit, the door was propped open for anyone to enter (alarming). I stepped inside and was met with unvacuumed carpets, sloppily painted walls and doors with paint on outlets, light switches, doorknobs, and the thermostat, paint chips on the vinyl floor, broken weather stripping on the balcony door, the dryer unhooked and pulled away from the wall with a mass of lint coating the floor behind it, and the toilet bowl covered in strange green gunk like you might find in a park bathroom, and some other issues I’m sure I’m forgetting. I called the office and complained about the issues as we were supposed to move in 2 days, and she said she had no idea how that happened and she would get someone out asap. When we brought all of our stuff from 2 hours away, basically the only thing that was fixed was the dryer, and it looked like they sort of tried to clean the floors. They said the toilet would take a few days, and a few days later it was fixed. The following months were plagued by constant staff turnover and communication issues. I, being the dummy that I am, never filled out the maintenance checklist, so I’m sure that all of the scuffs, chips, and scratches that I told the original leasing agent about (who is no longer here) will be blamed on us and we will probably not get our deposit back. Also forgot to mention when we moved in the elevator was down so we had to move all our stuff in without it. Things have taken a turn for the better recently. They hired a new management and maintenance team from another property and they have been very responsive and quick at getting things fixed up around the property. I still think we are paying too much for the experience we’ve had and the relatively small space, so we will definitely be trying to negotiate our price down if we were to renew, but otherwise I think we will probably be going somewhere that offers more space for the same or less per month. In short, I would definitely recommend it more now than when we first moved in, but there are probably other places nearby with more bang for your buck.

Lived there for five years and just moved out today. Really sad to leave this beautiful home but I was moving out of state and couldn’t take them with me. Thanks to the amazing maintenance staff and grounds crew for keeping the place running. Management changed recently and I never had any issues. Hopefully things stay the same and more will have as great of an experience as I did!

Apartments are clean and modern. Holly, the assistant manager at WaterCrest, went out of her way to help me return my Google Fibre router after I moved out of state for work. Awesome management and a great place to live!

I just wanted to shout out to the maintenance team for helping me get into my locked, detached garage. I locked my opener in there, and we didn't have the keypad code, and maintenance went above and beyond to help me get in. The maintenance staff have always excelled since I've lived here, and I can't say enough good things about them!
