- GRGuthierre RibeiroNov 6, 20251.00 stars for management and some of the staff. My car was stolen from the parking lot, and their response was completely unacceptable. No empathy, no concern, no sense of responsibility. It’s clear they don’t care at all about the residents or their safety.
- AMAngie Merc.Jun 17, 20235.0When I first found The Villas, I fell in love immediately and had been helped by Oscar (who is very kind) I love how pet friendly it is, the massage room, the tanning room, pool, and monthly events are great. The main lobby is very tidy and the interior designs for the units are beautiful. I love the dog parks and pond fountains. My neighbors are very friendly and although there have been some downfalls, but I overlook all that over the past year and the next one coming. ^_^

We spoke to someone on staff that told us our deposit would cover this, so we don't have to worry about it (which it did). Villas then proceeded to add a $221 late fee because we did not manually go in and pay $100.64, even though it had been covered by our deposit. When we called, we were told "that's just how our industry works". Even if the late fee is valid due to their misleading directions, the lease states "15% of your total rent due" for a late fee. They charged us 15% of a full months rent, even though we were "late" on the prorated amount of $100.64. We paid our rent on time every month, gave them full notice of when we were moving out, and they were extremely unhelpful, misleading, and bitter for the entire process.
