May: waiting for parts June: still waiting July: waiting August: … still nothing September: ... I pay a lot for these amenities, yet I’m still being charged for a hot tub I can’t use—with no refund offered. Very frustrating 😠😡 Advertised as “Luxury” and “High-End.” More like overpriced and poorly maintained.

If it were not for the investment I have made in buying my house I would still be living here. Landon(the property manager) is the best and made sure the process of moving out went smooth and he was even gracious enough to watch my two dogs. He is such a lover of animals. I would give him a 6 star review if I could, he goes above and beyond.

If you have pets good luck getting your security deposit back they'll come up with some reason to over charge or slip in hidden fees. Speaking of pets majority of people that live in that place with pets don't pick up after them so watch your step!
- VKV KApr 27, 20221.0The person who lives in Apt 350 makes living here a miserable experience. Nearly every single day they blast extremely loud music - either dubstep or heavy metal. Either the walls are so thin or their music is so loud but either way it feels like I may as well be in their living room. Numerous people who live near this apartment have made management aware of this issue and nothing has been done about it. This has been an issue for over a month. It is absolutely unacceptable that this has been allowed to continue given how much it is to live here.
