Zero stars!
This place is the absolute worst! The review most recently posted before mine is 100% accurate and I experienced much of the same! There’s 8 windows in my unit, ZERO are functional and 2 don’t open. The other 6 you have to pry open. They also don’t stay open, they slam shut at any given time.
Upon move in, my apartment was filthy even though they had a 3 week notice to when I was moving in. Old food in drawers, hairs in the showers, filth everywhere! AC constantly breaks, syringe caps stuffed down a drain from the previous tenant. Someone in building 3 smokes INSIDE their until and the disgusting smell seeps through to mine.
I was lied to on several occasions- the worst was that the manager put a call in for the windows in July and hadn’t heard back yet. Said it could take 30-45 days or even up to 6 weeks just for the company to come out. Window company came today, exactly two MONTHS after she said she called. I asked him when he got the initial call to come out; he told me Friday (3 days ago) and he never got a call prior to that!!
The pool was never open.
The girl at the front desk is extremely rude and they are both condescending. Chris is nothing more than a leasing agent, so him promising to have the busted up mirrors replaced, vents cleaned, closet door put back in the bathroom, and any other thing, is all LIES. He has no authority past getting people to sign a lease.
Parking is a joke! Not enough parking for the amount of residents. There isn’t even a handicapped spot for the poor handicapped person we have in the building.
The cleaner is a child that I watched take the mop off the floor and mop the wall with it. She half-ass wiped the shower wall and then wiped the bathroom counter. My apartment was filthy at move in so I had to have them send someone to come clean and that’s what I walked in to. I was told it was a whole family of professionals that come to clean. Not a single child that probably can’t even keep her room clean at her mother’s house.
Maintenance is a catastrophe. First there was ZERO maintenance men when I moved in. Then they got this older man who is beyond rude! Their only saving grace is the newest guy.. Alex. He is polite and efficient and needs to be multiplied by 5 to even get caught up on helping this place be decent.
I had at least 7 work orders in place at one time and they have been in place for 2 months.
Primary bedroom door doesn’t close. I was told the frame would need to be fixed and the office probably won’t do that. How can you have a bedroom door that they are refusing to fix?
Water barely gets hot. When it does, it quickly gets lukewarm. Rude older maintenance guy said it was fine. I beg to differ!
Pest control is a joke!!! They came in and sprayed the hallway bathroom and left. There’s spiders and gnats so bad in this place!
Corporate office is NO BETTER! I have left MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS for the regional manager since July 22nd and have not gotten a single call back. Office manager told me last week that she spoke with the regional manager and she told her that she was going to call me. I’m still waiting for that call.
UPDATE: 12/16/2025- still no call from corporate…. Ever!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This apartment complex is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and management is lazy, rude, and downright negligent. My move-in experience set the tone: the apartment wasn’t ready, appliances weren’t installed, and no cleaning had been done. I ran into the so-called “cleaners” wandering around that evening. The apartment had soap scum, hair, feces in the toilet, and screws and nails scattered everywhere. With a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, this was a serious safety hazard, yet management didn’t care enough to postpone my move-in.
Mail and packages go missing constantly. Chris at the front desk is rude and unprofessional, and completely mismanaged my garage lease. I signed the lease and went to pick up the garage opener, only to be told, “oops, this belongs to someone else.” I’ve been inquiring about a replacement almost monthly for three months and still have heard nothing. Management hardly responds to complaints or questions, leaving tenants frustrated and ignored.
The water heater has been gurgling like it’s about to explode since July 4, and despite TWO maintenance visits, it remains unresolved. Ciera at the front desk blamed it on “hot weather,” which is completely absurd. She also admitted the drain gnats infesting the entire complex are not their problem, and their “solution” is to pour bleach down your own drains.
The trash situation is hilariously bad but infuriating. Residents are threatened with fines for not using the trash compactor, a machine that crushes garbage and requires a code to use. Yet, maintenance frequently drives past the single trash bin instead of using the compactor. Trash often overflows into the street, and management responds by sending threatening emails to residents for not using a system they themselves ignore until it’s a disaster.
Building 4 has had the fire alarm go off repeatedly, including one day when it sounded 4–5 times and almost every day that week. Since then, it happens every few months. This is not only annoying but also a serious safety concern, yet management does nothing proactive.
On top of everything, maintenance broke my baby gate during a visit, and instead of handling it professionally, the office made the maintenance guy come to my door to pay me in cash. That is embarrassing and humiliating for the employee, and shows just how unprofessional and incompetent management is.
This complex is a health and safety nightmare, staffed by lazy, rude, and clueless people who clearly don’t care about tenants’ well-being. It’s dangerous, poorly maintained, and run by people who should not be in charge of anything.
I am literally counting down the days until my lease is up and I can finally leave this disaster behind.
