  To whom it may concern. This is to address the noise that is coming from the tenant's that is below me. Not to say that I'm the most quite tenant myself, my music can be loud at times. The noises that are coming from below should not be heard from above. The sounds of someone running in the house or should I say stomping thru the house late at night. The people that are beneath them most definitely has a better concern about the noise than I do. Thank you for concern

  I love London house it’s a very nice community super clean and very nice office staff Wiesje was very informative and helpful she made sure me and my girls would have a place she is amazing and the property is too as well as she answers the phone she emails back fast I’m just very grateful for London House Apartments :)

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I came in to check this property out as it is very close to my job a couple days ago. The outside of the property is very nice! Inside, the manager makes it ugly! She was sooo rude when I came in to inquire. Heather was her name. She refused me a tour like how does an apartment complex NOT have a model at least. She acted like she didn't know what she was doing or know the property. The snobness was so uncalled for. You can clearly tell she hates her job while she types away at her pink keyboard. I'm not sure if it is understaffed as she was the only on in there along with what looked like a maintenance man that was half asleep in a chair in front of a computer. How unprofessional. All in all, HIRE help for here because the presentation on the inside does not reflect the outside or these other reviews I see. I will also be going to the BBB to leave a review.

  Weisje is truly a gem. I felt so comfortable talking to her. Even though they didn't have anything available for what we need she's going to keep looking when notices come in. The complex is older, but the apartments are large and reasonable. The fitness center is 24hours. The pool looked like it would be nice in the summer. Everyone was very friendly. The only downside would be that the model I looked at at a musty odor. Almost like water damage. I didn't see any damage, but it's an older complex so sometimes that can happen. I was very pleased with my visit and if it doesn't work out this time we will absolutely check back if we move again.
