  My Dad resided at Prairie Commons for part of last year, before his health took a turn and I had to move him to assisted living. From the very beginning, I was very impressed with the staff. They were thorough, timely with their responses, and caring. The facilities were very clean. The apartments are spacious. There are activities for anyone who wants to participate. The price was very reasonable. If there was ever an issue, it was taken care of quickly. The location is also very nice, and close to a good variety of essential shopping needs. I wish my Dad could've been at this facility longer, but the time we were able to have him here was a very pleasant experience.

  The office staff that I worked with Trinity and Zerrah im sure i didnt spell that right at all im sorry for that but they were super helpful with my move in easy to talk to very helpful and I moved in on a snow storm wasn't expecting a lot of anything to be shoveled or salted hands down the clearest lot in town right after the snow on a weekend def go above and beyond and hat off to their maintenance staff as well

  I've lived here two years. Any maintence you need is done quickly. There have been three or four mangers since I moved here. The current manager is very nice and helpful. I use the washer/dryer in building C. The dryer doesn't dry my clothes in one cycle which means I have to spend 2.50 to dry one load of laundry. I've mentioned this several times to the office staff over the last year and it's never been fixed. I've given up on getting it fixed. The grounds are lovely and it's very pet friendly over all. I feel very safe here all hours of the day. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. There are some gossips which I try to ignore. I feel like sometimes a lot of people know my business or someone's version of it. I don't gossip. Overall I like living here. The rent prices are going up but I think that's everywhere. The windows are poorly insulated so my bedroom is cold in the winter. The thermostat is in the kitchen/living room. I hope to continue living here for the future. So four stars.

  As I searched for an apartment for my aging father, the apartment manager here was more than accommodating of our questions and assisted us through the process. I cannot recommend them enough!
