Two bathrooms that are equal in size not to mention being close to the Wetlands, stores, and the ability to hop on k10. I have been witness to the ups and downs that have happened here. I was concerned that this property would fall into complete and utter decline. I'm happy to say that I was wrong. We have a new property manager who is intent on fixing all issues. I wish she'd been here from the beginning. Santiago has also been helpful when I've inquired about certain issues. A major boon is Alexis who helped us with the recertification (the easiest it's been yet) and has been an amazing email contact whenever I have questions. I feel like a valued tenant.

Lots of traffic in and out of my apartment building, going to one particular apartment any given day. Along with one person taking up 5-7 parking spaces, leaving the rest of us no space. For the price I pay, it is ridiculous to live in such a crap environment.
