- BBBecky BurchNov 28, 20252.0I moved in in the middle of September and I love the apartment but are quite a few problems management isn't addressing. First there's no cameras in the hallways inside the buildings and someone is stealing packages out in front of people's apartment doors and Management's solution was to have the packages delivered to the office which isn't an option for me because I get pet supplies from chewy and I don't drive and my building is a quarter of a mile from the office and they're not willing to deliver it to my apartment plus I order fresh produce from Amazon because it's cheaper. Second problem is that the people who take their dogs to the dog park don't clean up after their pets there's dog feces everywhere and there's no dog bins with bags anywhere on the property. The third problem is that someone is throwing their trash and rotten carrots onto my patio from the third floor balcony and Santiago told me that they can't do anything without proof but their security cameras only go up and down they don't swivel so they only monitor the front door. They're not willing to put up a decent security camera system that would catch whoever is doing this and it's been going on since a week after I moved in to my apartment. I don't talk to most of my neighbors because I don't want to put up with their drama and the gossip that they thrive on and so now they're trying to bully me into moving out and that's not going to happen and so I think it's going to get worse if something isn't done to stop it.

Two bathrooms that are equal in size not to mention being close to the Wetlands, stores, and the ability to hop on k10. I have been witness to the ups and downs that have happened here. I was concerned that this property would fall into complete and utter decline. I'm happy to say that I was wrong. We have a new property manager who is intent on fixing all issues. I wish she'd been here from the beginning. Santiago has also been helpful when I've inquired about certain issues. A major boon is Alexis who helped us with the recertification (the easiest it's been yet) and has been an amazing email contact whenever I have questions. I feel like a valued tenant.
