If I could give zero stars I would. I do not live in this apartment complex, however that does not stop me from being witness to one of the worst cases of management that could ever exist on this Earth. Two of your residents (though I'm sure this is happening to many others) have had to put up with a broken freezer for 3 weeks. Let's all say it together, shall we? 3 WEEKS. And what if I told you that, now, their fridge has gone out as well. Do you know what happens when food cannot be kept cold? Surely you don't, otherwise you wouldn't be forcing your residents to live that way. Let me tell you. When food isn't kept cold, it spoils, it molds. Speaking of mold, I hope you are checking your closets if you live here. My friends, on top of having to deal with a moldy, busted fridge, found MOLD in their closet this morning. I expect this to be rectified immediately. You cannot expect your residents to live in this unlivable condition without some sort of compensation, or, at the very least, communication! You have all been radio silent and utterly unhelpful. I would be embarrassed if I was in your shoes. But go on, keep pocketing the money of college students. I hope your pockets are nice and fat, you're gonna need that extra cushion to help you sleep at night xoxoxo.
