Run for the hills.....
Management changed in January 2026, and the drastic decline since then has been impossible to ignore. Overgrowing landscape, dirty hallways, lights out for several months, missing pest controll since February... not sure how much space there is to write, I usually keep it short.
The previous manager genuinely cared and did what she could with limited resources. Replacing her was a huge, HUGE mistake. The current manager is consistently dismissive, acts bothered by even basic questions, often unavailable (not present!) during posted office hours and appears more focused on her phone than on residents. Must be tough to be bothered with “work” at work.
The only competent and reliable person in the office is the assistant manager, who is doing the work of an entire team. She is the only consistently helpful person in the office.
The current leasing agent is loud, unprofessional, and frequently shouts across the office at tenants or potentially new ones. I would not want to sign a lease with her! The dress code is questionable at best, dressing like she’s headed to a rodeo instead of working in a leasing office, and blasting loud rap music in a leasing office like it’s a party is not appropriate for a residential community. Even worse, there have been multiple instances of inappropriate PDA with her partner while residents were present. Very uncomfortable to say the least.
This property needs finally some real leadership that actually manages, not staff who treat the office like their personal hangout.
The apartments look exactly like they do online, the leasing office actually answers and I truly am so excited to hopefully live there I really enjoyed Southridge and everything they have to offer!

English:
The biggest issue is the lack of stability. Staff and maintenance turnover has been NON-STOP, which leads to long delays, unfinished repairs, if attempted. and "amenities (a joke!!) that stay out of service for months. The few employees who genuinely cared were overwhelmed and didn’t stay long, which says a lot about the working conditions behind the scenes.
Work orders often fall behind, communication is inconsistent, and management presence varies from day to day. Even contractors have mentioned delays in payment, which explains the backlog and slow response times.
Southridge needs real investment, consistent staffing, and stronger management to provide the level of service residents deserve!
One the worst places i have ever lived! Southridge Apartments is SURVIVAL! If you enjoy jolts of adrenaline, go for it!

From day one, my experience in this apartment has been very negative. The unit was delivered in unacceptable condition: the pipes are clogged, the sink backs up with a very unpleasant smell, the air conditioning does not cool properly, and the air vents have mold.
Additionally, the hot water does not work, which is something basic that should be guaranteed. There is also a constant presence of insects (roaches), which shows a lack of proper pest control. To make matters worse, the carpets were extremely dirty at the time of move-in.
I have photos and videos that support everything mentioned. This reflects a lack of maintenance and responsibility toward tenants.
On top of that, I recently had an issue with my vehicle—it was towed by a company hired by the management on a Sunday, without giving me any opportunity to inform them that the vehicle belongs to me, since the office was closed. It is frustrating to see that they act quickly on matters like this, but fail to address urgent and essential issues inside the apartment.
I have reported these concerns multiple times, and the person I have been dealing with on several occasions is the apartment manager, Kelli. Unfortunately, the response has not been appropriate, leaving the impression that tenant concerns are not taken seriously.
I would not recommend this place until these issues are properly resolved.
Don’t move here if you’re disabled. Maintenance parks where ever they want and refuses to change that. Office staff park in handicap spots. Most people in the office are helpful. Stephanie is fully unhelpful and refused to contact them so I could park in the handicap spot that I had to beg for 7 months for after requesting it.
Direct violation of the law without care.
I’ll change my review if they change their actions.
