  New to the area and after dealing with many leasing agents Sade is the reason I decided to move in. As soon as she answered the phone she she was kind helpful and full of faith. She was willing to help me and show me the Unit immediately not wait for an appointment. She was engaged and paid attention in me and my situation. I was under time restraints and she was accommodating. Praying I have the same experience living there.

  I’ve been here a couple years now. It took a whole year for them to replace my stove That should’ve been part of my walk-through, have had timely issues with maintenance and My bathroom is always getting flooded from the upstairs apartment for whatever reason. So much so to the point that there is mold growing on my ceiling with my kids, and I are all allergic to. My car and others were broken into a couple months back, and there are no cameras on the premises to have caught anything as well as the parking sucks As there’s never anywhere to park. It’s so overcrowded here.Needless to say I’m desperately trying to find something with my price range to leave here.

  ★☆☆☆☆ My experience at Southridge Apartments has been very negative. Maintenance is poor—issues take a long time to be addressed or are not fixed at all, even after being reported multiple times. Parking is very limited, forcing residents to search for a spot every day, often late at night. To make matters worse, there are frequent vehicle break-ins in or around the complex, creating a constant feeling of insecurity. There does not appear to be sufficient security or effective measures in place to protect residents. Management does not seem to take residents’ concerns seriously. For the price being paid, one would expect a well-maintained and safe place to live. I do not recommend this property until maintenance, parking, and security significantly improve. 👎🏻👎🏻

  ❗️DO NOT MOVE TO SOUTHRIDGE APARTMENTS❗️ I strongly warn anyone considering Southridge Apartments to reconsider. During my time living here, I dealt with serious flooding and water intrusion inside my unit. This was not a minor issue. I reported it through the official online maintenance system, yet the response was slow, inadequate, and only came after the situation had already worsened. Water damage is an emergency. At Southridge, it was treated like it wasn’t. Because of the delay, the damage spread and the situation became increasingly stressful. I was forced to take my own temporary measures just to reduce further harm while waiting for management to act. This should never happen to a paying tenant. What’s worse is the way responsibility is handled. When maintenance problems escalate due to management’s inaction, tenants are still left feeling exposed, stressed, and worried about being blamed for damage they did not cause. If you have pets, this becomes even more difficult — unresolved conditions can affect them too, and tenants may still be pressured to take responsibility for the fallout. If you choose to live here, understand this clearly: Urgent maintenance issues may not be handled urgently You may need to fight just to get basic problems addressed You must document everything to protect yourself I would not recommend Southridge Apartments to anyone who expects prompt maintenance, accountability, or peace of mind.   My experience here have been okay until lately when Manny came in he is a great person he is caring and considerate and he tries to make sure that everything is fine now that manny is here things are getting a lot better I get things fixed quicker than I usually do and he makes sure that you are satisfied thank you Manny for everything that you do keep up the good work in making this a better place to live
