  My package was delivered to their package room (a picture was left on Amazon). It was nowhere to be found in the room and there are no cameras in the package room to catch people stealing packages. Their response to me was to contact Amazon and get a refund. It's funny how when packages were delivered to my door this never happened. I also was unable to access it for days because it's only open during my work hours. [Answer to Response: I have lived here for 10 years, and in those first years, the packages used to be delivered to my doorstep. Not once was a package stolen from my doorstep in that whole time. This package room was introduced as an "amenity" as if it were making my life easier. But since the room was opened, people have attempted to break into it multiple times, leading to the door being broken that gives 24hr access to those packages (and at one point Amazon was even leaving the packages outside on the ramp in the rain). The door allowing residents timely access to their packages has now been shut indefinitely, with no indication of when it will open again. I understand this, given that people were trying to break into the room. In the meantime, however, I can no longer access my packages in a timely manner since they are only accessible during your business hours, which also happen to be the same hours that I have to be at work. So not only do I no longer have timely access to my packages, but they also remain in your possession until I can access them at a time when you are open and I'm not at work, and yet you now claim that you bear no responsibility for them. The fact that you took possession of my packages was not my idea. Yet, you take no responsibility when those packages you are holding come up missing. There isn't even a basic level of security in the room where you hold the packages (i.e. camera surveillance), yet I'm supposed to see this as being "meant to provide a convenience to me." You offer me no apology for allowing someone to take my package that was in your possession. There was no commitment to changing your practices around the package room (how about asking people for an ID and getting their packages for them instead of just allowing anyone into the room to grab whatever they want?). I see no reason to change my review given that you are not willing to even meet me halfway.]
