  Im usually not one to leave reviews but my recent search for a new home has depended on honest reviews to make decisions. I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop for a tour. My first red flag was there was a resident raising a fuss in the office about people using up multiple parking spots, parking their personal vehicles and work vehicles. Essentially limiting space for other residents. Second red flag was that while in the office I noticed units were scheduled for bed bug treatments and raccoons. I’m giving the place two stars rather than none because the leasing agent that was there was kind and handled the resident complaining in a professional manor.

  Usually I don’t like to write or leave reviews, but this time I must. I want to thank Southridge for all the support they provided from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Sade—she was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. The only recommendation I have for those coming from out of state is to contact BPU, the electric company, and submit your service request in advance, as that part was a bit challenging for me. However, thanks to Sade’s understanding of my situation, I was able to get my apartment without any issues.

  They say that they are open on Saturday from 10-4 and they are not. Had an appointment to view an apartment and no one was on the office. Other people were waiting as well

  leasing office is terrible. Scheduled a tour for a one bed one bath, confirmation for it was sent to my email and was accepted by them. I took off work early to arrive on time to my appointment for them to be confused and not have a one bed one bath available to tour. Just don’t want it to happen to anyone else don’t miss out on work for this leasing office. There are many other better options in town.
